On International Dawn Chorus Day, birds from six continents get on Zoom to gossip, catch up, and speculate about the deaths of Egyptian filmmaker Shady Habach and Egyptian queer activist, Sarah Hegazi, who were wrongfully imprisoned. 40 international filmmakers and artists participated by recording dawn bird songs in tribute to Habash and Hegazi. Winner of the Berlin Film Festival Teddy Award for best LGBTQ-themed short.
