Reid Davenport, 2025

Disabled filmmaker Reid Davenport uncovers abuses of power while amplifying the voices of the disability community fighting for justice and dignity in an unfolding matter of life and death. A gripping investigative documentary that exposes the tangled web of moral dilemmas and profit motives surrounding assisted dying. A panel/Q&A will follow the film with Dr. Jennifer Nish, Humanities, Dr. Christy Osland, Student Disability Services, and Susanna Peters, JD, Social Sciences.

Content Advisory: This films includes discussion of assisted dying, institutionalization, and the health of disabled people.

VENUE

All events are free and open to the public. The festival will be held in the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts on the Michigan Tech campus, with additional films hosted by MTU Film Board in Fisher 135.
