Jennifer Baichwal, Edward Burtynsky, and Nicholas de Pencier, 2019

Filmmakers Baichwal, de Pencier, and Burtynsky have traversed the globe using state-of-the-art camera techniques and high-end production to document human planetary domination, creating a provocative and unforgettable portrait of our species' massive reengineering of the planet. The film follows the research of the international Anthropocene Working Group, who are studying the profound and lasting human changes to the Earth.

VENUE

All events are free and open to the public. The festival will be held in the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts on the Michigan Tech campus, with additional films hosted by MTU Film Board in Fisher 135.
