Music 2018

All music will be performed in the Rozsa Lobby.

THURSDAY, 6:15 – 6:50 PM

Ani and Kora

Acoustic duo who offer a pinch of gypsy swing here and a hint of folk punk there—their sound is old on soul and sharp as a tack.

FRIDAY, 6:30 – 7:15 PM

Fault Choir
A four-piece ambient post-rock band from Houghton, MI, incorporating guitars, bass, auxiliary textures, and a full drum setup and strive for effective use of room and rhythm. Some arrangements are strictly instrumental and some include vocal layers.

FRIDAY, 9:30 – 10:30 PM

Nathan Shaiyen

SATURDAY, 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Dan Fuhrmann Trio

Jazz with Dan Fuhrmann, Tim Havens, and Adam Johnson.

SATURDAY, 6:30 – 7:15 PM
Lena Maude

Michigan based singer songwriter. Her whimsical sound and fury, excellent range and witty borderline social activism establish her as uniquely clever, quirky and modest.

SATURDAY, 9:45 – 10:30 PM
We Should Be Laughing

Surf-tinged power pop with Michael Maple, Maya Ablao, and Matt Langlais.
